Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Make collection calls using company database
- Provide sales executives information on their accounts
- Prepare and mail invoices/statements on a monthly basis
- Handle customer inquiries
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), feel comfortable learning new programs and work well with minimal supervision. Familiarity with a Mac a plus; Bilingual Spanish is always a plus!
